Email OTP App Configurations
- In VIDIZMO, select the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation pane.
- Expand the Admin section and select Portal Settings.
- Go to Apps > Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- Select the settings icon on the Email OTP app.
- In the Email OTP - Settings dialog:
- OTP Timeout (In Seconds) Enter the OTP expiry time. The OTP token has a specified expiry time, typically set to a minimum of 30 seconds.
- Select Save Changes to save the app configurations.
