How to enable Email OTP App in VIDIZMO

VIDIZMO offers the option of Email OTP for authentication. This feature enables you to authenticate your account by receiving a unique one-time password (OTP) on your registered email address. Prerequisites​

  • Ensure that you belong to a group where the MFA and app permission is enabled to access this feature.

Email OTP App Configurations​

  1. In VIDIZMO, select the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation pane.
  2. Expand the Admin section and select Portal Settings.
  3. Go to Apps > Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  4. Select the settings icon on the Email OTP app.
  5. In the Email OTP - Settings dialog:
    • OTP Timeout (In Seconds) Enter the OTP expiry time. The OTP token has a specified expiry time, typically set to a minimum of 30 seconds.
  6. Select Save Changes to save the app configurations.
  7. Turn on the toggle for the Email OTP app to enable it.
